INSTRUCTIONS

Measure out and place in a pudding cup. Add hot water to fill up and stir at the same time. Hot water will help dissolve all the dry ingredients and help with mixing. The mixture will be watery at first, this is expected.

Put in refrigerator and let it set for 1 hour. The chia will expand and absorb most of the water which results in a pudding like consistency. I personally like strong cocoa and coffee flavors, you can adjust the ingredients to suit your taste buds.

  2. Hey…. So happy to see a recipe such as this… I’m going to try this out next weekend,  I know my nieces will so much like it. Although I understand every part of this recipe but I have a little question to ask… If after refrigerating it for 1hour, the pudding is not consistent, can I still put it for extra one hour in the refrigerator?

  3. AMAZING website. A guy who clearly can take a topic like chocolate and turn it into an easy, delish recipe that is healthy for the body and nourising comfort to the soul. The Healthy Goat site provides direct, useful and honest reviews about various topics like food myths, muscle & strength, fat loss and even provide resources like a video library, recent comments and a VARIETY of social media links for viewers to share the site, info or article. I hope to have a similar website created aptly called “The Hungry Honu (Turtle)” – targeting an audience for the 50+ crowd. The Healthy Goat website totally proves that enjoying delicious foods doesn’t mean compromising on taste, flavor or helpful information.

  5. Chocolate Chia Pudding certainly sounds very appetising, and after reading your linked article on the health benefits of Chia seeds, I can see why it can help in weight loss. Ok, so it won’t take the pounds off by itself, but the fact that it has so much fibre, and that it expands causing us to ‘feel full’ definitely would help with the hunger cravings, fooling us into thinking we no longer need to eat. Lovely photos too by the way… very tempting 🙂

  6. This is great! I only recently discovered chia seeds and now I put them in just about everything. I use them instead of pepper on most of my foods and I sprinkle them into my protein shakes, as well. The idea of consuming them in pudding makes perfect sense, given their consistency. I’m going to give this recipe a try! Thanks for sharing!

  7. Hey nice tea can I have some now outside is cold? What happens when you put it in the refrigerator after it’s hot, you wait until it’s cool first then put it in? I love chocolate and I also have to share this with my lovers. Well done there, I wonder why was it so short as I was looking for more stuff to read. I’ll share this with my entire gym.
