Truth: Creatine has been researched to death. There are no studies that show that other blends are better than the monohydrate form. In fact studies have shown that citrate and malate versions, for example, isn’t any superior to the monohydrate form. The monohydrate form is much cheaper than other blends and just as effective. Use the recommended 2-5g/day and you should be fine. Save your hard-earned dollars.
