Universal Nutrition Creatine
Creatine has been researched to death and the general consensus is that it is safe and can be used to increase energy during weight lifting and aid in producing lean muscle. This has become such a staple for bodybuilders and other athletes. There are many products on the market and today we will review Universal Nutrition Creatine.
This creatine is manufactured in Germany and is a monohydrate from which is micronsized. This makes it easier to mix in liquids. In general, the monohydrate forms of creatine tend to be less expensive compared to their counterparts. It consists of 100% creapure, which is the purest form of monohydrate. There are no added fillers and you can be sure you’re getting a quality product. Universal Nutrition Creatine is also one of the cheapest on the market at about $ 16.29 for 500 g. It is tasteless and can be added to any drink without distorting the flavor profile.

This is a great product with very few cons that can be considered to be significant. As for nausea, you can take half the 5 mg recommended serving size. This seems to work well for lots of athlete.
